PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation - Your reservation will only be guaranteed by your credit card payment at the time of your reservation or when your bank transfer has been received into our bank account. Payment of your reservation - can be made by cash on your check in date, by credit card at the time of your reservation, or by bank transfer 14-30 days before you check in date to our bank account in Canada. Cancellation Policy - 100% of the room rate daily charge for no shows, 100% of the room rate daily charge for cancellations from 0-1 days prior to check in, 50% of the room rate charge for cancellation 2-13 days before check in, no charge if cancellation received and confirmed by us in writing 14 days or more before check in
